Ok, so I've not updated this thing in... Ages. So here we are, the happenings of a dull life.
I lived.
The end.
Well, a bit more to it then that. For starters, I was tagged.... 0_o
RULES :
1. post these rules
2. each person tagged must post 8 random (hopefully helpful) facts about themselves:
3. tags should write a journal about these facts.
4. at the end post 8 more bloggers tagged and named
5. go to their page and leave a comment telling them they're tagged.
So here goes.
1 - I'm over 6 foot, and about 57 kilos, a fact which shocks many people. But I can eat as much as I like, and gain pretty much no weight at all.
2 - After about 10:00 PM I start going a little... Odd...
3 - I'm a Christian, and proud of it.
4 - I play guitar, and write music. According to some people, I'm very good at it.
5 - I love the outdoors, but I spend pretty much all my time inside.
6 - I run out of ideas fast when I have to write random things about myself.
7 - I love making people laugh, so as a result, most of what I write is comedy.
8 - I can't think of anymore random facts.
So that's that out of the way, now I might tag some people... Or not... Bah, who cares, if ya wanna do it, feel free, if not, can't say I blame you.
Ok, what else.
Of late, I've been to two concerts. Went and saw The Police live, they were awesome. Sting's voice is amazing, he can still hold those long high notes without a waver, just amazing. Top notch show. The bands playing before though... Fergie, I mean, come on, Fergie before Police? Who wasn't thinking there? Needless to say, she was a flop. I kinda felt sorry for the poor gal, she was trying so hard, but the crowd came to see The Police, they were not the least be interested in her. Though, I heard the next day, that according to one newspaper dude, she almost took the show... Rubbish I say! One point she was trying to get the crowd to sing along with her, or, she sang a line, they sing a line. It didn't work so well, only the drums and her singing were going, everything else had stopped for that bit. But come the time for the crowd to sing, there was silence... The music petered to a halt, and she said, "Well, that didn't work so well..." Yeah, it was sad. I would have felt really sorry for her but she didn't even sing in pitch... SO that was kinda bad. But as soon as The Police got on stage, the crowd changed, they did everything Sting asked them to do, it was awesome. 'Cept for the fat smelly lady standing right next to me, and I mean RIGHT next to me, she was half over my seat for crying out loud!! That was frustrating...
And then, a few days later, I went and saw Dream Theater live. That was stunning, that band is amazing. It was an outdoor show, standing only. So my brother and I got there about 3 hours before the gates opened, and stared queuing, as a result, we got four rows from the stage

But as soon as the concert started, about four rows behind us, decided that they wanted to be were we were. So we were smashed flat between people, fighting just to remain standing, couldn't see the band, it was insane. SO I yelled at Josh to shove his way back a bit, he kinda tryed, carefully, didn't get anywhere. SO I pushed him through people till we ended up just behind the hardcore moshers. Which was only eight rows from teh stage, so still good. Got to see pretty much everything the band did. When there were no hands waving in the air in front... There was crowd surfing too (strictly banned in that venue) Serious moshing (also banned) There was quite a bit of smoking going on, and I bet you anything that it wasn't all tobacco... And drinking. There was one dude, stone drunk, tried to go crowd surfing on Josh, Josh swiped hit arm of his shoulder well I got kicked in the arm. We turned to see what was going on, and there was this short stocky chap, built like a tank, glaring blue murder at us, and hopping on one leg. Scary, but amusing. Anyway, he charged around the crowd a bit, one guy he... Punched, yes, that fits, his way through, shoved him back, that almost started a brawl. Then he tried again, and there was almost another brawl, right in front of us. All very interesting, somewhat scary though. Then there was the sweaty people shoving past, leaving sweat dripping of you as the brushed past *shudders* Then the lady with so many piercing in her lips that they were sagging. And she had two bars through the back of her neck! It was sick...
So yes, that was quite an experience. One I won't forget for quite some time. It was scary, there was a lot of swearing (by the crowd, not the band, the band didn't swear at all) scary people, sweaty people, but the music, and the band was top notch. But remind me never to go to a standing only concert again...
What else...? Oh yes, went jetskiing with our Aunt and Uncle last Sunday, that was soooo fun. It was rather windy, so the water was a bit choppy. And we had this blow up boat thingy, that fitted two people, and was towed behind the jetski. One time, my elder sis and I were in it, we hit a bump, got almost a metre of air, which dislodged our sunnies when we hit the water again, then we hit ANOTHER! And got even higher, when we hit the water again, our sunnies were gone. Haha, I think we both got a minor case of whiplash too... But by the next day, my arms were sooo stiff from hanging on for dear life in that death trap. But it was awesome. Then we had lunch, after which, we detached the boat thingy, and got to drive the jetski. It was fun as! It's really weird to control it though, with the back turning instead of the front. When I went on (Uncle has to be on as well, 'cause he's the only one with a boat licence) I got it to 92kph! It was sooo awesome! Insanely fast. He didn't even know it could go that fast, he thought it could only do 88. But it made it to 94 with two people on (my elder bro got it to 94

He went faster then me)
Of late, I've also purchased a new guitar, a Maton Messiah Series 12 string.
[link] It sounds beautiful ^_^ Just beautiful.
That's about it really, besides the fact that I had to have a blood test, (they took four test tubes full of blood...) 'cause I bleed like a stuck pig. The results came back the other day, all fine. I just have a good blood flow. Shouldn't be bothered by strokes, or heart attacks that means. But it also means if I'm in a car crash, or suffer a heavy blow the the gut, I should get the doctors to check for internal bleeding, 'cause I might bleed to death...
And with that, I will draw the monster of a journal to a close.
Adios.
P.S. It would appear, that I am almost at my 1,000 page views! Woot! So, the person who gets the 1,000 view, take a screen shot, and show it too me. And I'll write a short story featuring you, whatever genre you want, and if you have any particular plot line, tell me, and I'll follow that.
